Step-by-Step Route

1. Improve oxygen safety with Air Bladders and at least the Standard Air Tank.
2. Travel southwest from the Lifepod toward the colony ruin route.
3. Find the cliff-face habitation north of those ruins and scan the Rebreather.
4. Return to a full Fabricator and craft it with System Chip plus Fiber Mesh.
